  Talking about festivals, the Guadalupe Valley Wine Food & Music Festivalis unique and exclusive in its type, due to the eclectic and interesting music line-up paired with an outstanding selection of chefs from different countries.    From Argentina Dante Ferrero, from Israel chef Asaf Doktor, ready to decompress from Burning Man; and from Chateaubriand in Paris, Iñaki Aizpitarte. This second year we are so proud to host, one of the top representatives of modern Mexican cuisine: world famous Enrique Olvera, from Pujol in Mexico City and Cosme, New York.   Also featuring our Baja Californian chefs this year: Baja-Med´s creator Miguel Angel Guerrero (La Querencia, Tijuana/ La Esperanza, Valle de Guadalupe) and Mario Peralta (Fuego, Valle de Guadalupe). Adria Marina (also from Baja), Fabian Delgado (from Guadalajara), Joaquin Cardoso and Sofia Cortina (from Mexico City), representing Mexico´s new talent, as it´s already a culinary hot spot in the world.   We believe music and food complement each other, which is why we are proposing an exquisite pairing of sound and taste for our guests, to enjoy Mexico’s Wine Capital experience to its fullest.    The 1,500 2-day ticket includes the food.   This original experience of music and food, will be enhanced by the freshest ingredients and unique dishes from the outstanding chefs next September 8th & 9th.    Taste the sound of our DJs, our live acts, and musicians at the same time you enjoy the high kitchen experience in the middle the vineyards of amazing Monte Xanic, one of the most successful Mexican wine brands and beautiful places in the valley.   This is our festival’s spirit.   #GpeValley #TasteTheSound
