the ARTISTS

  RHYE  The Canadian project led by Mike Milosh came to the valley to deliver the best of his debut album, Woman (2013), playing emblematic songs like 'The Fall' and 'Open'. Milosh and his band gave all of their energy on stage and the crowd received it radiantly in our stage made of local vine sticks 🍇.   DEVENDRA BANHART  The Venezuelan-American musician and composer starred in two of the most anticipated moments. On day one he executed a DJ set with the most representative of his musical influences. The second day, he delivered an acoustic set with a guitar, with the sun falling on the vineyards.   TAKAMI NAKAMOTO  The night was illuminated with the visuals of Takami Nakamoto, and the fusion of electronics and luminescent synchrony. The DJ, musician and producer, is also the creator of Nonotak Studio. His album Opacity (2014) was reference to perform an energetic live act, sheltered between shadows, sparkles and a starry night in the Valley.   JIMMY EDGAR  Jimmy is known for his dedication to various disciplines, such as music, graphic design, photography, fashion and cinema. Everything is clear when he plays a set behind the turntables. That happened at the festival when the Decantos Vinícola vineyard became a dance floor set by the Jimmy selection.

  MARIO PERALTA  FROM FUEGO IS A CHEF FROM   Baja CALIFORNIA. HE'S AN eternal lover of the products that his land gives, and promoter of the same.   Javier Plascencia  is a person with a natural curiosity for taste and uses ingredients from the fields, farms, land and sea of Baja California. There are no limits to his culinary vision. He studied in San Diego and opened his first restaurant in Tijuana in 1989. Nowadays he is one of the most SUCCESSFUL entrepreneurs of the region, with several establishments like: Finca Altozano, Erizo, Misión 19… just to name a few, all with innovative concepts.   DIEGO HERNÁNDEZ  FROM   Corazón de Tierra, was born and raised in Ensenada, Baja California. HE STUDIED IN MEXICO CITY AND THEN RETURNED TO HIS ROOTS. HIS cooking style responds to the environment in which it is located.
